Optoelectronic
encoders
The Company
is engaged in the
development, production, sale,
and service of optéelectronic
encoders of the IRC, MSL and ARC
type for measuring of relative
position, lengths, rotation angle
and number of rotations with an
application, particularly in the
field of industrial automation.
The optoelectronic encoders transfer
the rotational of linear movement
to the electric signals by means
of photoelectrical sensing of grids
of two glass elements (rotor and
stator). They intermediate information
on the relative position of two
mechanical units, rotation angles
or rotation movements. The usage
of the optoelectronic encoders
is based on connection with numeric
indications of control systems.
An example of usual usage is measuring
of path, rotation angle and number
of rotations on CNC machines, asynchronous
engines, industrial robots, textile,
printing or wood-processing machines
etc. Within the „We Will
Get Meet Your Needs“ Programme,
our Company can offer various non-standard
realisations of development of
new opto-electronic encoders exactly
according to the specifications

Machining and Surface Finishing
LARM offers
the production possibility
of milled and turned parts
on CNC machines according
to drawing documentation delivered
by the customer, or the documentation
may be elaborated as agreed.
The production of mechanical
parts may be offered from a
wide range of materials, starting
from the processing of light
non-ferrous metals to austenitic
chrome and chrome-nickel steels.
We offer the production not
only of standard metallurgy
semi-finished products, i.e.
bars, sheets or cut-to-size
elements, but also of pressure
castings and forgings or of
materials delivered by the
customer. The company may ensure
the series production within
the scope of 100 up to 10000
pcs. per month depending on
part complexity. The Company
gained experience with SCP
methods during deliveries for
the automotive industry. -
The Company is able to ensure
with its cooperating partners
the production and deliveries
of castings or forgings. Further,
in cooperation it ensures the
required surface finishes such
as eloxation, galvanizing,
chroming, nickelage, heat treatment
and painting with komaxit,
or in our painting workshop
the spraying of synthetic and
silicone colour with a firing
temperature up to 230°C.

Procedures by the ALPHACAM System
- In relation to continuously increasing requirements to
the work productivity and requirements for production quality,
increasing complexity and accuracy of parts, the production
process is understood as a complex unit to which permanent
attention is paid to the field of investment policy, starting
from the purchase of new machines through the production
technological planning, the production itself, inter-operational
and output inspection up to shipping to the customer. For
drawing documentation elaboration we use the design software
VARICAD and for following processing of programmes for CNC
machines we use ALPHACAM supporting software. Both systems
are able to process the submitted drawing doc. in electronic
form of file types dwg, dxf, ides, tif, jpg or pdf.

Control
Valves with Servo-Drives
The development,
production and service of control valves
is ensured. The control valves may be
delivered in a two- or three-way variant
for usage in flow control or mixing of non-aggressive
liquids, gases and vapours of the following
form: - Control valves of YV3AG type
of nominal ID DN15 up to 40 and nominal
flow KV 1 up to 24 m3/h are
intended for temperatures up to 130°C.
They may be fitted with electric servo-drive
wit three-way or proportional control;
- Precise control valves of MRV or ERV
type of nominal ID DN15 and 25 with possible
option of nominal flow KV 0.16 up to
6 m3/h are intended for temperatures
up to 200°C. Both types of the control
valves may be fitted with electric or
pneumatic servo-drive. The typical usage
of the control valves with servo-drives
is in control circuits of heating, air
conditioning, water supply and similar

Mechanical
and Electrical Installations
- In the field
of mechanical installations, the LARM
offers assembly of precision mechanics
or of individual mechanical elements
into sets acc. to submitted production
documentation. - For electrical installations
we offer the production of connecting
cables or cable harnesses, manual or
combined housing of PCBs, incl. soldering
on the wave by flush-less method acc.

PRODUCTION
QUALITY AND DIN ISO9001: 2000 CERTIFICATE
|
In
the field of Quality Control the company has implemented
and uses the internationally recognised certificate
acc.  to
the DIN ISO9001:2000 standard defining quality targets
which take account of the increasing requirements
to the level of implemented technologies, technical
parameters, reliability requirements and finally
the achievement of higher valueadded properties of
delivered products. This process is significantly
enforced by investment policy focusing also on the
purchasing of new measuring devices which significantly
contributes to the fulfilment of the process of increasing
the production quality. The Company uses, and has
elaborated the quality system documentation, assigned
worker for the quality, which is responsible for
all activities related to the quality increase. Besides
the operating instructions, also the check plans
are used as additional supporting aids, particularly
for series production. The check plans clearly define
what and how to check, with what frequency, up to
the determination of the procedure at the moment
when the non-compliant products are found. Commencement
of production and its following course is above all
for series production documented on the process forms.
Upon request of the customer, and after mutual agreement.
it is possible to assess the capability of the production
process by means of the Cpk index. Before the launching
of production, the sampling is realised acc. to the
methodology agreed upon with the customer, and they
result in the master samples approved by the customer.
- The used gauges are subject to periodical validation
and evidence, in compliance with Metrology Code.
